4. Client Security & Sovereign Credentials

- We never take custody of a client's Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) USB dongle.
- We never request or hold portal login PINs, OTPs, or net-banking credentials.
- Bids are finalized and submitted by the authorized signatory of the supplier firm in their own legal capacity.
5. Single-Bidder Conflict Protection
To eliminate commercial conflict of interest, Dwize Office Solution maintains an absolute policy of supporting only one bidder per specific tender reference number. Once a formal engagement is active for a tender, competing inquiries for the same tender are declined.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any professional advisory engagements are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
